Rainin Service, Calibration & Repair

Our Rainin Pipette service, calibration and repair options are available on a flexible basis. Either send your pipettes to us as and when they are due for maintenance, or just contact us to arrange your On-Site Clinic and a suitable date will be scheduled.

All of our Rainin Pipette service, calibration and repair options benefit from the following:

  • Pipette inspection – thorough internal and external evaluation of functionality and parts
  • Sealing system check - visual leak test
  • Service - Internal cleaning, replacement of worn parts and adjustment (Parts charged as used, dependent on plan)
  • Documentation - validated service label affixed to pipette, detailed calibration and service report provided
  • Quality - Your service performed under stringent laboratory conditions whatever level of calibration you choose – Pipette Service Centre or on-site clinic options

Calibration Levels

The work you perform determines which service & calibration level you require. Delsaro recommends 2:4 calibration level but also offers 1:4 2:2, 3:5 and 3:10 calibration levels  as standard.  We can also tailor customsed service levels as requested.

  2. After completing the form, print 2 copies; one for your records and one to enclose with your pipettes.
  3. Carefully package your pipettes and ship to the address shown on the form.
